Where are Nahla Grove products made? 
We’re Australian owned and operated. All our products are made in Australia, with the exception of our Exfoliating Soap Bags, which are handcrafted by rural communities in Laos. 

Will Nahla Grove products give me an allergic reaction? 
We cannot guarantee that our products will not cause a reaction or sensitivity. Test patch before use. If a reaction does occur discontinue immediately and consult your medical practitioner. None of our products contain gluten or dairy. Nahla Grove does use natural nut oils in some of our products. If you are concerned please refer to the ingredients list on the product and/or discuss with your doctor.

Are the fragrance in your products natural?
Yes. We don’t use any synthetic fragrances, only essential oils. 

Is it safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding? 
Some of the ingredients might not suitable for use whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult with your doctor or obstetrician before using any of our products. 

Are Nahla Grove products tested on animals?
We do not test any of our product on animals. We also extensively research all of our ingredients to ensure that they have not been tested on animals.

Does Nahla Grove use organic ingredients? 
Some of the ingredients used are organic. All organic ingredients are outlined in the product description. 

What countries do you ship to?
We only ship to Australian customers. For all other countries, please contact us directly and we can provide further shipping assistance.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we don’t ship to PO Box or parcel lockers.

How long will my delivery take? 
We attempt to ship a completed order within an estimated 48 hours, please allow up to 3-5 business days during sale events. Delivery estimate: 3 to 7 business days for NSW, QLD, VIC, SA states. WA, NT, TAS can take an estimated 7 to 10 business days. All deliveries are 100% Carbon Neutral.

Where is my order shipped from? 
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. 

How can I track my parcel? 
All orders will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. 

What happens if my order is damaged or lost? 
Please contact hello@nahlagrove.com and one of our friendly staff will be able to assist you. 

What are your payment options? 
We accept, Visa, Mastercard & American Express, AfterPay.
